Dalam Perintah ini, “pengeluar instrumen pembayaran yang ditetapkan yang diluluskan” ertinya pengeluar instrumen pembayaran yang ditetapkan yang diluluskan di bawah Akta Perkhidmatan Kewangan 2013 [Akta 758] atau pengeluar instrumen pembayaran Islam yang ditetapkan yang diluluskan di bawah Akta Perkhidmatan
Kewangan Islam 2013 [Akta 759].

EMPLOYMENT ACT 1995
EMPLOYMENT (RECOGNIZED APPROVED ISSUER OF A DESIGNATED PAYMENT
INSTRUMENT) ORDER 2025
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 25(4) of the Employment Act 1955
[Act 265], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Employment (Recognized Approved
Issuer of a Designated Payment Instrument) Order 2025.
(2)
This Order shall have effect for the period from 1 May 2025
to 30 April 2028.
Application 2.
This Order shall apply to payment of wages for foreign employees.
Interpretation 3.
In this Order, “approved issuer of a designated payment instrument” means an approved issuer of a designated payment instrument under the Financial Services
Act 2013 [Act 758] or an approved issuer of a designated Islamic payment instrument under the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 [Act 759].
Recognized approved issuer of a designated payment instrument 4.
The approved issuer of a designated payment instrument specified in the
Schedule are specified to be recognized approved issuer of a designated payment instrument for the purpose of payment of wages under Part V of the Act subject to such conditions as the Minister thinks fit.
