CUSTOMS (PROHIBITION OF IMPORTS) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2025
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967
[Act 235], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Imports)
(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2025.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 31 December 2025.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Customs (Prohibition of Imports) Order 2023 [P.U. (A) 117/2023]
is amended in the First Schedule by inserting after item 17 and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
