WATER SERVICES INDUSTRY (RATES FOR WATER SUPPLY SERVICES)
(STATE OF PERAK) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2025
IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 84(2)(a) and 179(i)
of the Water Services Industry Act 2006 [Act 655], the Minister, on the recommendation of the Commission, makes the following regulations:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These regulations may be cited as the Water Services Industry
(Rates for

Services)

Perak)
(Amendment)
Regulations 2025.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 1 August 2025.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Water Services Industry (Rates for Water Supply Services) (State of Perak)
Regulations 2022 [P.U. (A) 242/2022], which are referred to as the “principal Regulations”
in these Regulations, are amended in the First Schedule—
(a)
in relation to item 5—
(i)
in column (4), by substituting for the words “7.05” the words
“8.00”; and
(ii)
in column (5), by substituting for the words “70.50” the words
“80.00”; and
(b)
by inserting after item 5 and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
