(c)

NATIONAL SPEED LIMIT (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2025
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order comes into operation on 21 January 2025.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The National Speed Limit Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 18/1989] is amended in the Schedule, in item 19—
(b)
in subitem (e), by substituting for the full stop at the end of the subitem the words “; and”;
(c)
by inserting after subitem (e) the following subitem:
“(f)
kilometre 12.51 at coordinates N 324492.234, E 391350.504
