Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(2) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Local Speed Limit (Federal Roads)
(Sabah) (Amendment) Order 2025.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 22 August 2025.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Local Speed Limit (Federal Roads) (Sabah) Order 2024 [P.U. (A) 224/2024]
is amended in the Schedule—
(a)
in column (1), by substituting for the full stop at the end of item 2 a semicolon;
and
(b)
by inserting after item 2 and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
