Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 96 Akta Polis 1967 [Akta 344], Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Peraturan-Peraturan Polis, 1952 [L.N. 636/1952] dipinda dalam peraturan 19
dengan menggantikan subperaturan (1) dengan subperaturan yang berikut:
“(1) The fees chargeable to members of the public or statutory authorities in respect of extra or special police services rendered by the following police officer for a period of eight hours or less shall be as follows:

POLICE (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 2025
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 of the Police Act 1967 [Act 344], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement 1.
(2)
These Regulations come into operation on 25 August 2025.
Amendment of regulation 19 2.
The Police Regulations, 1952 [L.N. 636/1952] are amended in regulation 19
by substituting for subregulation (1) the following subregulation:
“(1) The fees chargeable to members of the public or statutory authorities in respect of extra or special police services rendered by the following police officer for a period of eight hours or less shall be as follows:
