Preamble

  1. PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 55 Akta Imigresen 1959/63 [Akta 155], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Seksyen 2

Pengecualian

Menteri mengecualikan mana-mana warganegara Singapura yang berikut daripada pemakaian Pas yang sah yang dikeluarkan di bawah perenggan 6(1)(c) Akta:

(a)

pegawai Kerajaan Republik Singapura daripada Immigration and

Checkpoints Authority, Singapore Police Force, Home Team Science and

Technology Agency dan Defence Science and Technology Agency yang terlibat dalam Projek Pembinaan Stesen Rapid Transit System

Link di Bukit Chagar, Johor Bahru; dan

(b)

kontraktor atau subkontraktor yang diguna khidmat oleh

Kerajaan Republik Singapura bagi Projek Pembinaan Stesen Rapid Transit

System Link di Bukit Chagar, Johor Bahru.

Syarat pengecualian

Seksyen 3

Mana-mana warganegara Singapura yang dikecualikan di bawah perenggan 2

adalah tertakluk kepada syarat yang berikut:

(a)

kemasukan ke dalam Malaysia hendaklah melalui D11 Tambak Johor,

Johor Bahru;

bagi setiap kemasukan ke dalam

Malaysia ke tapak

Projek

Pembinaan

Stesen

Rapid

Transit

System

Link di

Bukit

Chagar,

Johor

Bahru, warganegara

Singapura yang dikecualikan itu hendaklah mengemukakan maklumat yang dikehendaki kepada

Agensi

Kawalan dan

Perlindungan

Sempadan Malaysia; dan

(c)

bagi setiap kemasukan ke dalam Malaysia, warganegara Singapura yang dikecualikan itu hanya dibenarkan untuk berada di Malaysia secara sementara bagi tempoh tiga puluh hari.

IMMIGRATION ACT 1959/63

IMMIGRATION (EXEMPTION) (NO. 2) ORDER 2025

Opening note

Preamble

  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 55 of the Immigration Act 1959/63 [Act 155], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Immigration (Exemption) (No. 2)

Order 2025.

(2)

This Order has effect from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2026.

Exemption 2.

The

Minister exempts any of the following citizen of

Singapore from the application of a valid Pass issued under paragraph 6(1)(c) of the Act:

(a)

an officer of the

Government of the

Republic of

Singapore from the

Immigration and

Checkpoints

Authority,

Singapore

Police Force, Home Team Science and Technology Agency and

Defence Science and Technology Agency involved in the Rapid Transit

System Link Station Construction Project at Bukit Chagar, Johor Bahru; and

(b)

a contractor or subcontractor engaged by the

Government of the Republic of Singapore for the Rapid Transit System Link

Station Construction Project at Bukit Chagar, Johor Bahru.

Conditions of exemption 3.

Any citizen of Singapore who is exempted under paragraph 2 is subject to the following conditions:

(a)

the entry into Malaysia shall be through D11 Johore Causeway,

Johor Bahru;

(b)

for each entry into

Malaysia to the

Rapid

Transit

System

Link Station Construction Project site at Bukit Chagar, Johor Bahru, such citizen of

Singapore who is exempted shall submit the required information to the

Malaysia

Border

Control and Protection Agency; and

(c)

for each entry into Malaysia, such citizen of Singapore who is exempted is only permitted to remain temporarily in Malaysia for a period of thirty days.
