Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 69(2) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Local Speed Limit (Federal Roads)

(West Malaysia) (Amendment) Order 2025.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 15 December 2025.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The Local Speed Limit (Federal Roads) (West Malaysia) Order 1992

[P.U. (A) 462/1991] is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of the

State of Pahang by inserting after item 102 and the particulars relating to it the following items and particulars:
