OPTICAL ACT 1991
OPTICAL (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 2025
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 41 of the Optical Act 1991 [Act 469], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order:
Citation 1.
This order may be cited as the Optical (Amendment of First Schedule)
Order 2025.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Optical Act 1991 is amended in the First Schedule in relation to the country of “Malaysia”, in the item “Vision College”, by inserting after the words “Vision College”
the words “(after 12 May 2025 known as Vision University College)”.
