FEDERAL ROADS (SARAWAK) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2025
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Sarawak, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (Sarawak) (Amendment)
(No. 2) Order 2025.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 27 March 2025.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Federal Roads (Sarawak) Order 1996 [P.U. (A) 551/1996], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the First Schedule under the heading of PAN BORNEO HIGHWAY, by inserting after item (jr) the following items:

(Route 1): Ladang Tiga Junction-SMK Luar Bandar Miri
Starting at coordinates N 3.868197, E 113.885248 and ending at coordinates N 4.087611, E 113.962124 including its link road within the boundaries of right of way as shown on MAP OF LADANG TIGA
JUNCTION-SMK LUAR BANDAR MIRI (a distance of 27.997 km).
