  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 30(b) of the Trade Unions Act 1959 [Act 262], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Trade Unions (Alice Smith School

Teachers’ Union) (Exemption) Order 2025.

Exemption 2.

The Minister exempts the officers of the Alice Smith School Teachers’ Union who are not a citizen of the Federation from the provision of paragraph 28(1)(a) of the Act.
