Preamble

MENURUT peruntukan-peruntukan seksyen-keçil (4) seksyen 4 Ordinan Stem, 1949, Dewan Negara pada 14hb Ogos, 1973 telah melulus ketetapan yang berikut: "Menurut peruntukan-peruntukan seksyen-kecil (4) seksyen 4 Ordinan Stcm, 1949, Majlis ini mengambil ketetapan bahawa Jadual Pertama kepadanya di pinda dengan memotong semua perenggan-kecil (c) perenggan (1) dalam butiran 58 dan menggantikannya dengan yang berikut— '(c) For time policies on hulls of vessels for whatever period $1.00'.". [PN.250/54-10B Pt.II.] SETIAUSAHA, DEWAN NEGARA STAMP ORDINANCE, 1949 IN pursuance to the provisions of subsection (4) of section 4 of the Stamp Ordinance, 1949, the Dewan Negara on 14th of August, 1973 has passed the following resolution: "Pursuant to the provisions of subsection (4) of section 4 of the Stamp Ordinance, 1949, this House resolves that the First Schedule thcreto be amended by deleting the whole of sub-paragraph (c) to paragraph (1) of item 58 and substituting therefor the following—

(c)

For time policies on hulls of vessels for whatever period $1.00'.".
