of Public Health Qualifications Order 1960
Section 2
For the purposes of section 10 of the Public Health Ordinance, 1960 [Ord. No. 7 of 1960.], the following qualifications are hereby prescribed –
(a)
any of the qualifications prescribed in section 11 of the Medical Registration Ordinance [Cap. 76.];
(b)
an exemption under paragraph (a) of section 17 of the Medical Registration Ordinance [Cap. 76.];
(c)
a pass in the examination for Health Inspectors of the Royal Society of Health;
(d)
a pass in the local examination in the Public Health approved by the Director;
(e)
practical experience as a Health Inspector for a period of not less than one year;
(f)
a pass in the final local examination in Nursing, or a pass in an equivalent examination approved by the
Director.
