Section 2
—
(1)
The remuneration of the Members of the Public
Service Commission shall consist of the salary, gratuity, fixed allowances, and other allowances, privileges and entitlement prescribed in the Schedule.
(2)
The salary or fixed allowances of each Member of the
Public Service Commission shall—
(a)
accrue from day to day; and
(b)
be payable monthly on the last day of each month, or on such other day of the month as the State Financial Secretary may, from time to time, determine.
