Section 25C
(1)
Except as provided in subsection (2), where any signboard, card, letter, pamphlet, leaflet, notice, book, account, record or other device or document is seized from the place of work under section 25B, the authorized officer shall prepare a list of the things seized and immediately deliver a copy of the list signed by him to the occupier of the place which has been searched, or to his agent or servant at that place.

Where the place of work is unoccupied, the authorized officer shall, wherever possible, post a list of the things seized conspicuously at that place.
