Section 29
(1)
No action or proceeding shall be instituted or maintained in any court against the Board, Appeal Board, Disciplinary Committee,
Investigating Committee or any body appointed by the Board, any members of the Board, Appeal Board, Disciplinary Committee,
Investigating Committee or any such body, or any person authorised to act for or on behalf of the Board for any act or omission done in good faith in the discharge of any of its or his functions, powers and duties under this Act or any rules made under this Act.
(2)
This section does not apply to powers conferred under section 4A or any power to enter into contracts exercised by the
Board.
