Prosecution

Section 88
(1)
No prosecution for any offence under this Enactment shall be instituted except with the consent in writing of the Public Prosecutor.
(2)
Any appointed officer authorised in writing by the Public Prosecutor may conduct the prosecution of any offence committed under this Enactment.
