Section 91

The Public Authorities Protection Act 1948 [Act 198] shall apply to any action, suit, prosecution or proceeding against the Director or against any person authorised on his behalf or any railway official in respect of any act, neglect or default done or committed by him in good faith or any omission by him in good faith.
