Section 11B
(1)
Sections 11C, 11D, 11E and 11F are enacted for national purposes.
(2)
Sections 11C, 11D, 11E and 11F shall cease to be in force if
Parliament, by resolution passed by each of the Houses of Parliament

and published in the Gazette, provides that those sections shall no longer continue to remain in force.
