Section 8
(1)
Any person entitled to be provisionally or fully registered under this Act may apply to the Registrar for registration accordingly.
(2)
Every application for such registration shall be made in such manner and shall be accompanied by such documents, photographs and particulars as may be prescribed and by proof of identity to the satisfaction of the Board.
(3)
When the Board is satisfied that the applicant is entitled to be provisionally or fully registered and that the applicant has complied with the requirements of subsection (2) and has paid the prescribed fee, the Board shall, subject to section 9, admit the applicant to the register.
