Section 5

A reprint purporting to have been printed pursuant to this Enactment shall, until the contrary is proved, be deemed to be the authentic text of the State law concerned as in force

(except in so far as may be specified in the reprint) on such date as may be so specified, and it shall not be a ground for disputing such authenticity to prove only that the Commissioner has amended or varied the text of the original law in the valid exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 4 of this Enactment.
