Section 15
(1)
For the purpose of export, rubber shall be presumed to be taken or caused to be taken out of Sabah if the rubber has been loaded on to a conveyance.
(2)
Where any rubber is found in the state it shall be presumed unless the contrary is proved that such rubber has been produced in Sabah.
