Section 24
(1)
The Authority may, with the approval of the Minister and the Minister of Finance, by order published in the Gazette, establish corporations, by such names as the Authority thinks fit, to carry out and have the charge, conduct and management of any programme, Scheme, project or activity which has been planned or undertaken by the Authority in the performance of its functions, the exercise of its powers or the discharge of its duties.
(2)
The provisions of the Second Schedule shall apply to every corporation established by the Authority under subsection (1).
