Section 55
(1)
The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette and subject to such terms and conditions as he thinks fit to impose, exempt any person or class of persons or any rubber or class of rubber or any activity relating to the smallholder sector from all or any of the provisions of this Act.
(2)
The Minister may, at any time by order published in the
Gazette, revoke any order made under subsection (1) if he is satisfied that such exemption should no longer be granted.
