Grant or refusal of licence
of Sabah Biodiversity Enactment 2000
The Director shall, after consulting the Council, and considering the application for an access licence under section 15 and any additional information or document provided under subsection 17(2), grant a licence or refuse to grant a licence.

(2)
The licence issued under subsection (1) shall be in the prescribed form and shall be subject to such terms and conditions as may be specified in the licence or as prescribed by the Director.
(3)
The decision of the Director to grant or not to grant a licence shall be communicated to the applicant by written notice as soon as practicable.
