Section 33

Any person who obstructs the Director, any police officer or customs officer or any other authorised officers lawfully exercising any powers conferred on him by or under this Enactment shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year, or to both.
