Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 36A of Sabah Biodiversity Enactment 2000 (No. 7 of 2000), the Chief Minister of Sabah, upon the recommendation of the Council, make the following order: Citation and commencement
Section 2
Exemption
(1)
The Botanickel Sabah Sdn. Bhd. [Company No. 202001014154 (1370474-T)] is hereby exempted, subject to the terms and conditions, from the provisions of section 14B of the Sabah
Biodiversity Enactment 2000 (No. 7 of 2000) in relation to the use of the protected biological resources specified in subparagraph (2).

The protected biological resources referred to in subparagraph (1) are –

The exemption granted under this Order includes keeping, selling, purchasing, exporting and importing of the protected biological resources specified in subparagraph (2).
Section 3
Duration
This exemption shall remain in force until revoked by the Chief Minister of Sabah of Sabah..
