Section 2
(1)
The Botanickel Sabah Sdn. Bhd. [Company No. 202001014154 (1370474-T)] is hereby exempted, subject to the terms and conditions, from the provisions of section 14B of the Sabah
Biodiversity Enactment 2000 (No. 7 of 2000) in relation to the use of the protected biological resources specified in subparagraph (2).
(2)
The protected biological resources referred to in subparagraph (1) are –
(a)
Phyllanthaceae – Phyllanthus rufuschaneyi; and
(b)
Violaceae – Rinorea bengalensis
(3)
The exemption granted under this Order includes keeping, selling, purchasing, exporting and importing of the protected biological resources specified in subparagraph (2).
