Section 4
(1)
The Corporation shall consist of the following members –
(a)
a Chairman;
(b)
a Deputy Chairman;
(c)
four ex-officio members;
(d)
two members to be nominated for appointment by the Federal
Government;
(e)
not more than five members who shall be persons having knowledge of or experience or interest in commerce, industry, finance or related matters;
(f)
the person for the time being holding the office of General Manager:
Provided that the General Manager shall not be entitled to vote at the meeting of the Corporation.
(2)
The members as specified in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of subsection (1) shall be appointed by the Yang di-Pertua Negeri.

(3)
An ex-officio member may by instrument in writing addressed to the Chairman appoint another officer in the public service of the State as an alternate member who may attend on his behalf any meeting of the Corporation which such member is for any reason unable to attend and such alternate member when attending such meeting shall for all purposes be deemed to be a member of the Corporation.
(4)
Subject to the provisions of section 7 of this Enactment, a member, other than the
General Manager, shall hold office for a period of three years from the date of his appointment, and shall be eligible for re-appointment.
