Section 25

of Sabah Ports Authority Enactment 1981

Section 25

In addition to any other duties imposed upon the Authority by this or any other written law, it shall be the duty of the Authority in respect of every port –

(a)

to provide and maintain adequate and efficient port services and facilities;

(b)

to co-ordinate all activities of or within such port;

(c)

to promote the use, improvement and development of the port;

(d)

to execute such works as may be necessary in respect of the foregoing provisions of this section.
