Section 22
(1)
Any dry bulk cargo which is discharged from or loaded onto a vessel alongside the Authority’s wharves shall incur the following charges:

(2)
Where dry bulk cargo is discharged from a vessel at anchor into another vessel at anchor the charges detailed in subitem (1) of tariff item 10 shall be increased by 20%.
