The vehicles shall be driven out of the roll-on roll-off vessel by a licensed driver to be provided by the owner of the vessel or its agent
Vehicles carrying their own accessories shall be deemed to be empty vehicles.
(2)
Roll-on Roll-off Vessels Discharging or Loading Loaded Vehicles
All loaded vehicles shall incur rates double the relevant rates under
Tariff Item 11(1).
