Store Rent on Cargo Stored without Approval

Section 27
No cargo shall be brought and deposited on the wharf for shipment without the approval of the Authority. Any such cargo shall incur store rent at RM5.00
per tonne or part thereof per day or part thereof, and may at any time be removed by the Authority at the owner's expense.
