Section 25
(1)
A fund to be known as the “Renewable Energy Fund” is established and shall be administered and controlled by the Commission.

(2)
The Fund shall consist of —
(a)
such sums as may be provided by the Government or Federal
Government for the purposes of the Fund from time to time;
(b)
such sums paid to the Commission under subsections 24(4), 26(1)
and 26(5);
(c)
all moneys derived as income from investments made from the
Fund, including interest; and
(d)
all other moneys lawfully received by the Commission on behalf of the Fund.
