Section 4
(1)
The Minister shall, after considering the grounds of appeal stated by the appellant under paragraph 2(2)(c) and the statement of the grounds of decision submitted by the Commission under regulation 3, decide on the appeal.
(2)
The decision of the Minister on the appeal shall be communicated to the appellant by the Commission through a written notice within seven days from the date the Commission is notified of such decision.
