Section 37
(1)
No person may reproduce or publish to whole or in part the contents of any public archives except –
(a)
with the prior written consent of the Director;
(b)
in accordance with such terms and conditions as may be prescribed;
and
(c)
upon payment of fees as may be prescribed.
(2)
Nothing in this section shall be construed as affecting or extending the law relating to copyright.
