Section 38

Section 38

(1)

The Director may establish Yang di-Pertua Negeri archives, ministerial archives and memorial archives.

(2)

The Yang di-Pertua Negeri archives, ministerial archives and memorial archives established under subsection (1) shall be operated and maintained by the State

Records and Archives as prescribed.
