This Enactment may be cited as the Sabah Tourism Promotion Corporation
Enactment 1981 and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, appoint.
In force 1st December 1981 – See G.N. 132/82.

The Minister may appoint different dates for the coming into operation of different parts or provisions of the Enactment.
