Section 66
(1)
Any person who commits an offence under this enactment or any regulations made under this Enactment for which no penalty is expressly provided shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
(2)
Any body corporate which commits an offence under this Enactment or any regulations made under this Enactment for which no penalty is expressly provided shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand ringgit.
