Section 3

(1)

There shall be established an authority called the “State Water Authority”.

(2)

There shall be such number of officers as may be necessary or expedient for the due administration of this Enactment, who shall be appointed by the State Public Service

Commission from amongst the members of the State Public Service to run the State Water

Department.
