The Minister, with the approval of Majlis Mesyuarat
Kerajaan Negeri may, subject to such terms and conditions as he may deem fit, exempt any person, class of persons, any activity or class of activities relating to sago product and nipah product from all or any of the provisions of this Ordinance.
