Section 29

(1)
For the purpose of export, sago product and nipah product shall be presumed to be taken or caused to be taken out from the State if the sago product and nipah product has been loaded on to a conveyance.
(2)
Where any sago product and nipah product is found in the
State it shall be presumed unless the contrary is proved that such sago product and nipah product has been produced in the State.
