Appointment and duties of General Manager
(2)
The General Manager shall be responsible for the proper administration and management of the functions and affairs of the
Board in accordance with its direction, policy and decision and shall also be the Secretary to the Board.
(3)
The General Manager shall attend meetings of the Board but shall have no right of voting on any issue, matter or resolution before, or under consideration, by the Board.
(4)
If the General Manager is temporarily unable to perform his duties by reason of illness or otherwise, another person may be appointed by the Chairman to act in the place of the General Manager during any such period of absence from duty.
(5)
The Board may from time to time appoint such other officers, employees and agents as it thinks fit for the effective discharge of its functions and powers, on such terms and conditions as it may determine.
