(2)
The corporate seal of the Board shall be authenticated by the signature of its Chairman or any other member authorized by the
Board and the Secretary, and when so authenticated, shall be judicially and officially noticed.

(3)
All documents and instruments which are not required by any written law to be executed under seal, may be executed on behalf of the Board by the Chairman or any other member of the Board and the Secretary.
(4)
All statutory records and minutes of all meetings and proceedings of the Board shall be kept and maintained by the Secretary.
