Section 33

At any time after the approval of a loan or guarantee and before the actual payment of the money or completion of the guarantee, the Corporation may, at its discretion and without assigning any reason therefor, cancel or modify such approval and withhold payment of the whole or a portion of the money, or refuse to enter into such guarantee.

Power of the Corporation to direct that any part outstanding of an approved loan be not paid
