Section 35
—
(1)
The Corporation may, with the approval of the Yang di-Pertua Negeri, make such regulations as may be expedient or necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Ordinance.
(2)
Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the
Corporation may make regulations for or with respect to all or any of the following matters:

(a)
the manner of appointment, and the terms and conditions of service of the officers and employees of the
Corporation;
(b)
the payment of gratuities and other benefits to officers and employees of the Corporation; and
(c)
the fees or charges to be imposed in respect of anything done under or by virtue of this Ordinance.
