Section 31
—
(1)
No action or legal proceedings shall be brought against the Corporation in respect of any act or deed carried out by the
Corporation, as agent of the Government under the National Parks and
Nature Reserves Ordinance, 1998 [Cap. 27], the Wild Life Protection
Ordinance, 1998 [Cap. 26], and in respect of all other duties carried out by the Corporation under the said Ordinances.

(2)
Any action or legal proceedings in respect of the collection or recovery of royalty, premia, fees and other dues or levies shall be instituted or taken by or in the name of or against the Government.
