Section 58

Any person who commits an offence under this Ordinance or any rules made under this Ordinance where no penalty is expressly provided, shall be guilty of an offence and shall, upon conviction, be punished with a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both, and for a second or subsequent offence he shall be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years or to both.
