Section 52

The Controller upon receiving such notice under subsection

shall, as soon as practicable notify and where possible deliver the underwater heritage to the Director.

The Director may, upon being satisfied that the underwater heritage or underwater heritage site has heritage significance, cause it to be listed in the Register.

Any person who fails to give notice under subsection (1)

commits an offence under this Ordinance.

Possession, custody or control of moveable underwater heritage
