Section 27
—
(1)
For the purpose of export, rubber product shall be presumed to be taken or caused to be taken out from the State if the rubber product has been loaded on to a conveyance.
(2)
Where any rubber product is found in the State, it shall be presumed unless the contrary is proved that such rubber product has been produced in the State.
